In case of a quality defect in the product, customers are required to ship the saree back to our address at their own cost. Upon receiving the returned item, our team will conduct a quality check, and if the defect is confirmed, the refund will be processed accordingly.
Alternatively, if the pickup is initiated by us, customers are requested to pack the parcel in its original packaging, affix both the to and from address, and paste the return sticker provided by our shipping partner.
Before accepting delivery of any merchandise, please ensure that it is in good condition and has not been tampered with. Additionally, please mention details about the damaged merchandise on the delivery receipt instead of signing it as 'received'.
No act or omission of Dakshinam prior to the actual dispatch of the product(s) ordered will constitute acceptance of your offer. If you have provided us with your email address, we will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order and confirm dispatch and therefore, acceptance of the order thereafter.
